The experience was quite disappointing. The room felt bare and unwelcoming, unfortunately, I encountered roaches during my stay. Although the staff was nice when present, I was surprised to find out they only provide one set of towels. I won't be returning here as the experience was quite uncomfortable, especially with the bathroom cleanliness.

During my stay at Intown Suites in Jacksonville, a few things stood out. The location was decent, with easy access to nearby attractions. The room featured a flat-screen TV and a working air conditioning unit. However, the positives stopped there. The bathroom cleanliness was a major issue, with visible stains and general neglect. I encountered roaches in the room, which was incredibly unsettling. Staff availability was hit or miss. when assistance was needed, it often took too long to get attention. I asked for additional towels and was told that they only provide a limited number, which was disappointing. The security felt lacking. I didn’t feel safe with people loitering around. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. Overall, improvements in cleanliness, staff responsiveness, and security are crucial.

I enjoyed the peace and quiet during my stay, especially while lounging by the pool and unwinding in my cozy Superior Studio. There’s a great laundry room and a small gym for a bit of exercise too! Just be mindful that the Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty at times, but overall, it’s a nice place to relax. 😊

The location near UNF is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. However, the cleaning left much to be desired, with unvacuumed floors and counters needing a proper wipe down. The mattress was too soft and really should be replaced.

We enjoyed our stay with a great crew of couples, with easy access to Florida Theatre just 16 km away. The spacious queen studio gave us ample room for the family, keeping us comfortable after our adventures around Jacksonville.

For dads, it would be great if they provided more towels and toiletries for families. We found the limits on supplies rather frustrating, especially with kids in tow.

The room had a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and stovetop, but everything felt outdated. Private bathroom with a walk-in shower was decent, but the towels and linens seemed worn out. Air conditioning worked fine and the flat-screen TV was a nice feature, but other amenities were lacking. No maid service at all during my stay. Not impressed.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and free parking. The staff even helped me find great local delivery on my first stay. I’m looking forward to my next city trip!
